New Delhi: JSW MG Motor India has unveiled the exclusive Cyberster Couture Edition and M9 Couture Edition, introducing a premium design-focused upgrade for its flagship electric vehicles. Priced at ₹87.49 lakh and ₹84.94 lakh (ex-showroom), respectively, the limited-run models command a ₹4.99 lakh premium over their standard versions.

The company has confirmed that only 50 units of each model will be produced, making them highly exclusive offerings for enthusiasts and luxury EV buyers. Bookings for both editions opened on July 20, and sales will take place exclusively through MG Select, the brand’s premium dealership network.

Exclusive Design Inspired by Gaurav Gupta

The standout feature of the two Couture Editions is their unique styling, created in collaboration with acclaimed Indian fashion designer Gaurav Gupta.

Inspired by Gupta’s “Serpent Infinity” design philosophy, both vehicles feature a bespoke white exterior finish accented with distinctive graphics and premium detailing.

The MG Cyberster Couture Edition receives bold orange accent lines flowing across the bodywork, along with twin Serpent Infinity emblems on the bonnet. Additional highlights include an embroidered tonneau cover and gold-finished MG badges at the front and rear, enhancing its premium appeal.

Meanwhile, the MG M9 Couture Edition adopts a more elegant design with charcoal-coloured graphics running across the exterior. It also features a Serpent Infinity emblem on the front bumper and decorative brooch-style elements flanking the MG logo, inspired by a mythical winged panther.

The MG Cyberster Couture Edition continues with a 77kWh battery pack paired with a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system producing 510 hp and 725 Nm of torque. The electric roadster is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds and offers a claimed MIDC-certified driving range of 580 km.

The MG M9 Couture Edition is powered by a 90kWh battery and a single front-mounted electric motor generating 245 hp and 350 Nm of torque. The premium electric MPV delivers a claimed MIDC range of 548 km, with no mechanical or performance-related changes introduced in the special edition.

Luxury Meets Exclusivity

With the launch of the Couture Editions, MG Motor India is targeting customers looking for exclusivity without compromising on performance. By combining distinctive designer-inspired styling with the proven electric platforms of the Cyberster and M9, the company is further strengthening its premium EV portfolio in India.
