Gauri Khan stuns in powder blue couture, Serves a masterclass in ‘Old-Money’ Elegance

Known for her sharp eye for luxury interiors and her refined personal style, Gauri recently stepped out in a breathtaking custom creation by celebrated designer Anamika Khanna, and fashion lovers can’t stop admiring the look.

The ensemble, crafted in a soft powder blue hue, embodied everything associated with old-money elegance understated, graceful, and deeply rooted in craftsmanship.

The custom Anarkali silhouette featured intricate gold thread embroidery across the fitted bodice, seamlessly flowing into a voluminous skirt decorated with floral and paisley-inspired motifs. The artistry reflected the signature craftsmanship that has made Anamika Khanna one of India’s most celebrated couturiers.

Adding further richness to the look was a heavily embroidered scalloped dupatta, mirroring the intricate detailing of the outfit and tying the entire ensemble together.

Instead of relying on dramatic cuts or flashy colours, the outfit leaned into fine artisanal work delicate lace accents, zardozi-inspired embroidery, and tonal textures that added depth without overpowering the design.
