Mahindra Raises Bolero Neo Plus Prices in India; Buyers to Pay Up to ₹49,500 More
Planning to buy the Mahindra Bolero Neo Plus? You’ll now need a bigger budget. Mahindra & Mahindra has increased the prices of its largest Bolero-based SUV in India, with the latest revision raising prices by as much as ₹49,500 depending on the variant.
The update affects both variants of the Bolero Neo Plus, although the SUV itself remains mechanically and cosmetically unchanged.
P4 and P10 Variants Become More Expensive
The Bolero Neo Plus is currently offered in two variants—P4 and P10.
Following the latest revision:
- P4 is now costlier by ₹39,500.
- P10, the top-spec variant, has received a steeper ₹49,500 increase.
Mahindra has not announced any changes to the SUV’s equipment list or mechanical package alongside the revised pricing.

Powered by a Proven 2.2-Litre Diesel Engine
Unlike the standard Mahindra Bolero Neo, which uses a smaller diesel engine, the Neo Plus is equipped with a more powerful 2.2-litre diesel engine.
The motor develops 118 bhp and 280 Nm of peak torque, and comes paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox. The powertrain is designed to deliver dependable performance for both urban and highway driving while carrying a full load of passengers.
Built for Large Families and Commercial Use
One of the biggest highlights of the Bolero Neo Plus is its nine-seater configuration, making it an attractive option for large families, fleet operators, and commercial transport users.
Positioned above the Bolero and Bolero Neo in Mahindra’s SUV portfolio, the Neo Plus offers additional cabin space and improved practicality without moving into the premium SUV segment.

Essential Features Continue
Although it isn’t designed as a feature-packed urban SUV, the Bolero Neo Plus continues to offer several practical amenities, including:
- 16-inch alloy wheels
- Adjustable steering column
- Front fog lamps
- Electrically adjustable ORVMs
- Height-adjustable driver’s seat
- Touchscreen infotainment system
The SUV continues to focus on durability, passenger capacity, and value for money rather than luxury-focused equipment.
Still a Practical Choice Despite the Price Revision
Even after the latest increase, the Mahindra Bolero Neo Plus remains one of the few affordable body-on-frame SUVs in India offering seating for up to nine occupants.
For buyers prioritising space, reliability, and a robust diesel engine over premium features, the Neo Plus continues to be a practical option despite the higher price tag.
