For First Lady Veronique Herminie, the Prime Minister selected gifts that reflected India’s refined handloom traditions.

She was presented with a Maheshwari silk stole, woven in Maheshwar. Known for its delicate craftsmanship, the stole featured a blend of silk and cotton yarns, adorned with subtle geometric and floral motifs — a hallmark of a centuries-old weaving tradition.
