Karisma Kapoor’s Smart property move: Actress leases out luxury bandra apartment, To earn ₹5.51 Lakh every month

Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor has made headlines once again but this time, it’s not for a film or public appearance. The actress has reportedly leased out her luxury apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Bandra West, securing a monthly rental income of ₹5.51 lakh.

According to property registration documents, the deal was officially registered in November 2025, making it one of the latest celebrity real estate moves in Mumbai’s premium property market.

With this agreement, Karisma Kapoor is expected to earn approximately ₹66.12 lakh annually, adding a significant passive income source to her financial portfolio.

The property is located in the prestigious Grand Bay Condominium, one of the sought-after residential addresses in the city. Spread across a carpet area of nearly 2,200 square feet, the apartment offers spacious luxury living and comes with three dedicated car parking spaces.

As part of the lease agreement, the tenant reportedly paid a security deposit of ₹20 lakh. The transaction also included stamp duty charges of ₹17,100 and a registration fee of ₹1,000.

Interestingly, this isn’t the first time the actress has rented out the same property.

Property records reveal that Karisma had previously leased the apartment in November 2023 under a two-year agreement. During that period, the rent began at ₹5 lakh per month in the first year and was later revised to ₹5.25 lakh per month in the second year. That deal reportedly brought in a total rental income of nearly ₹1.23 crore.

Located in the heart of Bandra West, the apartment sits in one of Mumbai’s most elite and celebrity-favoured neighbourhoods. The area is known for its luxury residences, sea-facing promenades like Bandstand and Carter Road, along with its vibrant social and commercial scene.

Beyond her real estate investments, Karisma Kapoor continues to remain active in the entertainment industry. She was recently seen in the crime-thriller web series Brown, marking another notable project in her career.

Her last theatrical release was Dangerous Ishq, but her presence in digital entertainment and public life continues to keep her in the spotlight.
