Salman Khan Sells Bandra Apartment for ₹3.5 Crore After 11 Years… Earns Nearly ₹62 Lakh Profit
The Bollywood superstar has sold his apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra West, while continuing to expand his real estate portfolio with new projects and investments.
Mumbai: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has sold one of his residential apartments in Bandra West, Mumbai, for ₹3.5 crore, according to property registration records. The actor reportedly purchased the property over a decade ago and has now earned an estimated ₹62 lakh in appreciation before taxes and other transaction-related expenses.
The apartment is located in Shiv-Asthan Heights, a residential complex in Bandra West, and the sale was officially registered on July 9, 2026, as per records obtained by CRE Matrix.
Property Sold After 11 Years
Salman Khan had purchased the apartment for ₹2.88 crore approximately 11 years ago.
Based on the reported sale price of ₹3.5 crore, the actor made an estimated ₹62 lakh in gains before accounting for taxes, registration charges, and other associated costs.
The apartment has a 758 sq ft carpet area and includes two dedicated parking spaces.

The buyers reportedly paid ₹21 lakh as stamp duty along with a ₹30,000 registration fee to complete the transaction.
Another Apartment Sold Earlier
This is not the first property Salman Khan has sold in Shiv-Asthan Heights.
Property records indicate that the actor also sold another apartment in the same residential complex in July 2025 for ₹5.35 crore.
That apartment was significantly larger, with a built-up area of approximately 1,318 sq ft.
Galaxy Apartments Remains the Khan Family Home
Despite selling multiple properties, Salman Khan and his family continue to reside at the iconic Galaxy Apartments in Bandstand, Bandra, where they have lived since 1974.
The seafront residence remains one of Mumbai’s most recognised celebrity homes and attracts thousands of fans throughout the year.
Real Estate Expansion Continues
Apart from buying and selling residential properties, the Khan family has continued expanding its real estate interests.
Earlier this year, the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) approved the family’s proposal to develop a residential tower in Chimbai, Bandra, a location situated close to Galaxy Apartments.
Over the years, Salman Khan has invested in both residential and commercial real estate, making his property transactions closely watched within Mumbai’s luxury housing market.
Upcoming Films
On the professional front, Salman Khan is currently working on Apoorva Lakhia’s upcoming war drama Maatrubhumi: May War Rest in Peace, which also stars Chitrangada Singh in a key role.
The actor is also set to feature in filmmaker Vamshi Paidipally’s upcoming Telugu project, tentatively titled SVC 63, alongside Nayanthara. The film is expected to hit theatres during Eid 2027.
