The Paradise Box Office Day 9: Nani Film Slows Down With Rs 2.80 Crore, But Worldwide Total Hits This Big Milestone…
Nani and Kayadu Lohar-starrer The Paradise witnessed a noticeable slowdown on its second Friday, earning Rs 2.80 crore net in India on Day 9. However, the Srikanth Odela directorial has already crossed the Rs 160 crore mark worldwide.
Nani’s The Paradise is continuing its run at the box office after completing its opening week, although the film has now entered a slower phase. The Srikanth Odela-directed action drama collected an estimated Rs 2.80 crore net in India on Day 9, taking its domestic net total to Rs 111 crore, according to figures cited from box-office tracker Sacnilk.
The film, which also stars Kayadu Lohar, had accumulated Rs 108.20 crore net during its first week. Its second Friday numbers indicate a substantial drop from the opening-week pace, making the second weekend important for its theatrical momentum.
The Paradise Day 9 Box Office Collection
On Friday, October 2, The Paradise reportedly had 1,547 shows across India and registered around 236,450 footfalls. Overall occupancy was reported at 32.8%.
The Telugu version continued to drive the film’s business, contributing approximately Rs 2.70 crore on Day 9. It recorded 34.1% occupancy across 1,377 shows.
The Hindi version, meanwhile, added around Rs 10 lakh from 170 shows, underlining the significant gap between the film’s Telugu and Hindi-market performances.
With Day 9 included, The Paradise now stands at an estimated Rs 111 crore India net and Rs 131.05 crore India gross.

Hindi Shows See Uneven Occupancy
The Hindi version recorded varying audience turnout throughout its second Friday. Morning shows opened at 7.88% occupancy, before improving sharply to 32.63% in the afternoon.
Evening occupancy was reported at 14%, while night shows stood at 23.25%.
Despite the afternoon improvement, the Hindi version remains a relatively small contributor to the film’s overall domestic collection, with the Telugu market continuing to account for the bulk of its business.

The Paradise Worldwide Collection Reaches Rs 162 Crore
Overseas markets have also contributed significantly to the film’s overall numbers. The Paradise has reportedly collected around Rs 30.95 crore gross overseas so far.
Combined with its Rs 131.05 crore India gross, the film’s estimated worldwide gross has reached Rs 162 crore after nine days in theatres.
The focus will now shift to the film’s second Saturday and Sunday, when stronger weekend footfalls could help determine how well it holds after its first-week run.
Nani Reacts To The Paradise’s Divided Response
Beyond the box-office numbers, Nani has also addressed the contrasting reactions surrounding The Paradise.
During an interaction with You We Media, alongside director Srikanth Odela, the actor acknowledged that the response to the film has been unlike anything he has experienced during his career.
“Out of 33 films I made in my 18 years of career, this is the first time I am experiencing something like this,” Nani said.
The comment comes as The Paradise continues to generate discussion alongside its theatrical performance. With Rs 162 crore worldwide already on the board, its second-weekend trend will offer a clearer picture of how much further the film can extend its box-office run.
Note: Box-office figures are estimates based on tracking reports and may differ from final figures released by the producers.
