According to property documents reviewed by CRE Matrix, the sale agreement for the office was officially registered on June 23, 2026.

From ₹52.5 lakh to ₹4.85 crore in 18 years

The commercial office was originally purchased by Madhuri Dixit on May 14, 2008, for ₹52.50 lakh.

After holding the property for around 18 years, the actress has now sold it for ₹4.85 crore, resulting in an estimated gain of approximately ₹4.33 crore before applicable taxes and other transaction-related expenses.

The deal reflects a remarkable appreciation in the property’s value, highlighting how premium commercial real estate in Mumbai has delivered strong long-term returns.

Prime commercial property in Andheri (West)

The office unit is located on the fourth floor of Morya Landmark-II Premises Co-operative Society Ltd. in Oshiwara, one of the most prominent commercial districts in Andheri (West).

The property measures 1,594.24 square feet and includes three dedicated car parking spaces, an added advantage in one of Mumbai’s busiest business districts where parking remains a valuable asset.

The buyer of the office is Frames Production Company, indicating that the property has been acquired by a corporate entity, potentially for business expansion or investment purposes.
