While the main wedding ceremony took place in Varanasi, the celebrations had already begun in Baddi, Akash’s hometown in Bihar’s Rohtas district.

Several traditional pre-wedding rituals were attended by relatives, friends, and prominent guests, including popular Bhojpuri singer Pawan Singh, whose presence added extra buzz to the celebrations.

According to reports, Akshita Raj hails from Manikpur in Dehri.

Akash’s mother also shared her happiness over the marriage, saying her son chose his life partner with family blessings and traditional values.

“My son is a traditional Indian young man, and he has chosen an Indian woman as his life partner,” she said.

On the professional front, Akash Deep has steadily made his mark in Indian cricket.
