The actor is part of the campaign for HYBE India Audition: Final Call, which is searching for young female talent across vocals, rap, dance, acting and modelling.

In a special campaign video, Rashmika looks back at the dreams and opportunities that shaped her own career. The video also features glimpses from her childhood, connecting her journey with the aspirations of young performers hoping to make their mark.

Rashmika Mandanna recalls how her own journey began

Speaking about the importance of taking opportunities when they arrive, Rashmika reflected on the courage and persistence required to build a career.

“Every journey begins with an opportunity and the courage to take that first step,” she said.

Looking back at her own experience, the actor stressed the importance of continuing to believe in oneself, putting in the work and remaining open to unexpected opportunities.

“When I look back at my own journey, I know how much it takes to keep believing in yourself, working hard and saying yes to possibilities that can take you somewhere you may never have imagined,” Rashmika added.

Her message is particularly aimed at aspiring young performers who may have talent but are still waiting for an opportunity to showcase it on a larger platform.

‘A first-of-its-kind opportunity in India’

Rashmika expressed excitement about partnering with HYBE INDIA, describing the initiative as something she believes could create a new pathway for aspiring artists in the country.

“Honestly, I think this is a first-of-its-kind opportunity in India, and I’m incredibly excited to be partnering with HYBE INDIA on this journey,” she said.

HYBE, the South Korean entertainment company behind globally recognised music acts, has built an extensive ecosystem around artist development, music, content and intellectual property.

Who can apply for HYBE India auditions?

The HYBE India Audition: Final Call is focused on finding female talent with the potential to develop into global performers.

The audition is open to Indian female participants born between 2005 and 2011.

Unlike an audition focused exclusively on singing, the initiative covers several areas of performance. Applicants can showcase their abilities in vocals, rap, dance, acting or modelling.

The latest search builds on the first phase of the initiative and widens HYBE INDIA’s effort to identify promising talent from across the country.

What is HYBE INDIA?

Based in Mumbai, HYBE INDIA operates as a strategic global office of HYBE and aims to connect India’s rapidly expanding creative ecosystem with the company’s international capabilities.

Its operations draw on HYBE’s experience across talent discovery, artist development, content production, music, platforms and IP.

The larger objective is to discover Indian talent that can be developed for audiences beyond the domestic market while retaining a strong connection to India’s creative landscape.

Rashmika’s involvement gives the initiative a familiar face for aspiring performers across the country. Having built a career across multiple Indian film industries herself, the actor’s message centres on a simple idea a major journey can begin when talent meets the right opportunity.
