The one-of-a-kind Rolls-Royce Phantom Regatta features yacht-inspired styling, bespoke craftsmanship and a hand-painted interior created exclusively for a single customer.

Rolls-Royce has lifted the covers off the Phantom Regatta, an ultra-exclusive, one-of-one version of its flagship luxury sedan that celebrates the elegance of sailing and competitive yacht racing.

Based on the Phantom Extended long-wheelbase limousine, the bespoke creation pays tribute to the sailing culture of England’s south coast and is scheduled to make its public debut at the 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed.

As the name suggests, only one Phantom Regatta will ever be built, making it one of the rarest modern Rolls-Royce models.

Inspired by the World of Sailing

The Phantom Regatta draws heavily from luxury yachts and the maritime lifestyle.

Its exterior features a striking two-tone paint finish, with the upper section finished in Regatta Blue and the lower body painted in English White.

According to Rolls-Royce, the contrasting colours are designed to resemble the point where a yacht’s hull meets the sea.

Adding to the nautical theme are the bespoke 22-inch polished disc wheels, whose design is inspired by the polished steel winches commonly found on high-performance sailing yachts.

A Cabin Designed Like a Luxury Yacht

The maritime inspiration continues throughout the handcrafted interior.

The front cabin is finished in Navy Blue, while the rear passenger compartment adopts an elegant Grace White theme.

The seats, steering wheel and door panels feature dual-colour contrast stitching, while the iconic Rolls-Royce monograms are embroidered using a shade inspired by the crystal-clear waters along the British coastline.

Every element has been carefully designed to recreate the calm and sophistication associated with luxury sailing.

Hand-Painted Dashboard Artwork

One of the cabin’s standout features is The Gallery, the full-width dashboard display unique to modern Phantom models.

For the Phantom Regatta, Rolls-Royce commissioned a bespoke artwork titled “Watercolour.”

Created by one of the company’s in-house artists, the piece is hand-painted directly onto open-pore wood using specially developed paints that recreate the movement and texture of the sea.

The intricate artwork transforms the dashboard into a unique piece of automotive art.

Starlight Headliner Inspired by the Sea

The bespoke craftsmanship extends to the roof lining.

The famous Starlight Headliner features 1,307 fibre-optic stars, arranged to represent the tidal patterns surrounding the Isle of Wight, one of England’s most famous sailing destinations.

Meanwhile, the rear picnic tables have been crafted to resemble the wooden decks of luxury yachts.

According to Rolls-Royce, completing these handcrafted tables required approximately 120 hours of meticulous craftsmanship.

Hidden Details Celebrate Rolls-Royce’s Heritage

The Phantom Regatta also includes several discreet design elements that celebrate the brand’s heritage.

The air vents are engraved with geographical coordinates.

The passenger-side vent points to Goodwood House, while the driver’s side vent features the coordinates of the Home of Rolls-Royce manufacturing facility.

The company notes that the two locations are situated less than a mile apart, subtly connecting the bespoke car to its birthplace.

A True One-Off Masterpiece

With only a single example ever being produced, the Rolls-Royce Phantom Regatta represents the pinnacle of bespoke automotive craftsmanship.

Blending luxury motoring with the elegance of competitive sailing, the exclusive Phantom demonstrates the brand’s ability to transform personal inspiration into an extraordinary work of art on wheels.

The one-off creation will make its first public appearance at the 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed, where it is expected to be among the event’s biggest attractions.
