Realme is gearing up to launch its latest P-series smartphone, the Realme P4s 5G, in India next week. The company has confirmed that the new handset will make its debut on August 26, 2026, at 12 noon, adding another performance-focused device to its rapidly expanding P4 family.

The upcoming smartphone will join the existing Realme P4, P4 Lite, P4x and P4 Pro 5G models. While the company is keeping some details under wraps until the launch, it has already confirmed two major specifications: the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra 5G chipset and a massive 8,000mAh battery.

Realme P4s 5G Gets Dimensity 7400 Ultra

Performance is expected to be one of the key selling points of the Realme P4s 5G.

The smartphone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra 5G chipset, paired with Realme’s dedicated HyperVision+ AI Chip. The dual-chip architecture is designed to handle everyday processing, gaming and visual workloads more efficiently.

Realme is also expected to target gamers with the device, with reports indicating that the handset will feature a 7,000mm² vapour chamber for heat management during demanding tasks and extended gaming sessions.

Massive 8,000mAh Battery

The 8,000mAh battery could be one of the phone’s biggest attractions.

Large-capacity batteries have become increasingly common in India’s performance smartphone segment, and Realme appears to be pushing that trend further with the P4s 5G.

The phone is confirmed to feature a Samsung-made 1.5K display with a 144Hz refresh rate. Reports also indicate that the panel could offer a peak brightness of up to 6,500 nits, along with HDR10+ and Netflix HDR support.

Camera and Durability Features

Realme has also confirmed a 50MP AI camera with OIS for the P4s 5G. The optical image stabilisation should help improve stability while taking photographs and recording videos, particularly in challenging lighting conditions.

The smartphone is also reported to carry IP66, IP68 and IP69 ratings, suggesting a strong focus on protection against dust and water.

The Realme P4s 5G will launch in India on August 26 at 12 noon. The handset is expected to be sold through Realme’s online channels and Flipkart following its launch.

The company has not yet revealed the phone’s official India price, so buyers will have to wait until the launch event for that information.
