That achievement placed it at the very top of India’s box office chart for 2022, narrowly surpassing RRR, which finished in second place with Rs 1,229 crore globally.
The success of KGF: Chapter 2 didn’t just break records it elevated Yash into a truly global star and proved that regional cinema could dominate on the world stage.
Even four years later, the impact of the film remains strong, and fans continue to wait eagerly for what comes next.
Yash is now gearing up for his upcoming film Toxic, which has already generated huge buzz across the country.
The film, featuring Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Huma Qureshi, Rukmini Vasanth, and Tara Sutaria, is currently scheduled for release on August 26.
After the thunderous success of KGF Chapter 2, expectations from Yash’s next move are sky-high and all eyes are now on Toxic.
