A fierce political confrontation has erupted amid ongoing protests over alleged examination irregularities, as Abhijeet Dipke of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) launched a scathing attack on Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

The controversy comes against the backdrop of sustained demonstrations at Jantar Mantar, where protestors have been gathering for the past four days demanding accountability and resignation over alleged lapses in the examination system, particularly surrounding the NEET paper leak issue.

Dipke’s Explosive Allegation

In a strongly worded statement shared on social media platform X, Dipke accused the minister of gross negligence, stating that “Dharmendra Pradhan has the blood of 17 students on his hands.”

The remark was a direct response to Pradhan’s earlier criticism, in which he allegedly referred to the protesting group as disruptive elements.

Dipke further questioned the government’s handling of the issue, arguing that students and their futures have been compromised due to systemic failures. His comments have since amplified the political tension surrounding the controversy.

Pradhan’s Counterattack

Earlier in the day, Dharmendra Pradhan had launched a blistering attack on the protestors during an interview, accusing them of acting with vested interests.

“They are the B-team of terrorists… those rejected by democracy have returned in disguise to target the system,” the minister said, alleging that opposition forces were exploiting the situation for political mileage.

A Growing Political Storm
