‘No One For Now’: Vaibhav Sooryavanshi’s Confidence Wins Fans Again

Vaibhav Sooryavanshi has once again become the center of attention—not for a blistering innings this time, but for a bold four-word statement that perfectly reflects the confidence of India’s newest cricket sensation.

The 15-year-old Indian batter, who has already rewritten several records in his short career, recently took part in a light-hearted interaction organized by Rajasthan Royals. During the conversation, he was asked a simple yet intriguing question: Which bowler would he not want to face?

Without hesitation, the youngster smiled and replied:“Koi nahi hai abhi” (No one for now).

The fearless response quickly spread across social media, with cricket fans praising the teenager’s confidence and fearless attitude at such a young age.

A Historic Rise for Indian Cricket’s Youngest Star

The past few months have been nothing short of extraordinary for Vaibhav Sooryavanshi.

After a sensational IPL 2026 campaign, where he emerged as the Orange Cap winner and the Most Valuable Player, the left-handed opener earned his maiden India call-up.

He made his international debut against England in a T20 International at Old Trafford, Manchester, on July 4, 2026, becoming the youngest player ever to represent India in international cricket.

Since then, the teenager has continued to justify the faith shown in him by the selectors.

Youngest Ever to Score an International T20 Fifty

The biggest milestone came during India’s opening T20I against Zimbabwe at Harare Sports Club.

Playing with complete freedom, Vaibhav smashed 50 runs from just 19 deliveries, becoming the youngest player in world cricket to score a half-century in international cricket.

The explosive innings once again highlighted why experts believe he could become one of India’s biggest batting stars in the coming years.

Already Conquering the World’s Best Bowlers

Despite being only 15, Vaibhav has already faced some of cricket’s most feared fast bowlers.

During his IPL journey with Rajasthan Royals, he has attacked elite names including Jasprit Bumrah, Pat Cummins, Jofra Archer, Josh Hazlewood, and Kagiso Rabada, clearing the boundary against several of them with remarkable confidence.

His aggressive mindset has become one of his biggest strengths, allowing him to play fearless cricket regardless of the opposition.

Jadeja Picks Archer, Vaibhav Picks Nobody

The same interaction also featured senior Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, who joined Rajasthan Royals ahead of IPL 2026.

Unlike the teenager, Jadeja admitted that Jofra Archer would be the one bowler he would least like to face.

Vaibhav, however, remained unfazed, insisting that there was currently no bowler he wished to avoid.

His answer has been widely interpreted as confidence rather than arrogance—a reflection of the fearless brand of cricket that has defined his rapid rise.

RCB Clash Remains His Favourite IPL Memory

When asked about his favourite match from the IPL 2026 season, Vaibhav chose Rajasthan Royals’ thrilling victory over Royal Challengers Bengaluru.

The youngster explained that the fixture carried extra significance because Rajasthan had lost both meetings against Bengaluru in the previous season.

He responded in spectacular fashion by blasting 78 runs from only 26 balls at an astonishing strike rate of 300, helping Rajasthan chase down 202 runs and secure a memorable six-wicket victory.

That innings is widely regarded as one of the standout performances of the IPL season.

Fearless Cricket Defines the Teenager

Throughout the interaction, Vaibhav described his batting philosophy with one word—fearless.

His performances over the past year suggest exactly that.

From dominating some of the world’s finest bowlers in the IPL to breaking international age records in India’s colours, the teenager has shown remarkable composure well beyond his years.

As Indian cricket searches for its next generation of stars, Vaibhav Sooryavanshi appears determined to let his bat—and occasionally his bold words—do all the talking.
