Regional mediators have proposed a temporary ceasefire between the United States and Iran to revive stalled negotiations, even as President Donald Trump warns of stronger military action if diplomacy fails.
A fresh diplomatic initiative has emerged in the escalating conflict between the United States and Iran, with regional mediators proposing a 10-day ceasefire aimed at preventing a wider war in the Middle East.
The proposal comes after ten consecutive nights of military exchanges, including US airstrikes on Iranian targets and retaliatory attacks by Tehran on American military bases across the region. Regional Powers Push for Temporary Ceasefire

Meanwhile, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt confirmed that Trump would attend a dignified transfer ceremony honouring American service members killed during the conflict.
