Priyanka Chahar Choudhary revealed that she worked nearly 36 hours at a stretch while balancing shoots for Naagin and Battleground.

Television actress Priyanka Chahar Choudhary has opened up about one of the most demanding phases of her career, revealing how she balanced shooting for Naagin and Battleground while surviving on very little sleep.

Speaking during a recent appearance on Farah Khan’s YouTube channel, Priyanka shared that managing both projects simultaneously pushed her physical and mental limits, with some days feeling like she was working almost 36 hours continuously.

‘I Initially Refused Naagin’

Priyanka admitted that she wasn’t immediately convinced about joining the popular supernatural series Naagin.

According to the actress, she had been looking for roles that offered more natural and realistic performances, which made her hesitant when the offer first came.“I had initially refused Naagin. I wanted to do a show that involved more natural acting. I didn’t say no outright, but I definitely had second thoughts,” she said.

She also recalled receiving the offer while she was travelling to the United States.

Priyanka revealed that she was on a flight with in-flight Wi-Fi when the makers contacted her. Although she asked for time to think about the project, she later learned that her team became anxious after the call ended.

Balancing Two Major Projects

Around the same time, Priyanka had also signed Battleground, where she appeared as one of the mentors.

While working on two high-profile projects was professionally rewarding, the demanding schedules soon became extremely challenging.

The actress described how her nights were spent filming Battleground, while her days were dedicated to Naagin, leaving almost no time for rest.

The actress admitted that maintaining such a routine was physically exhausting but continued to honour both professional commitments.

Months of Non-Stop Shooting

Priyanka further shared that her schedule remained intense for several weeks.
