Pradeep Ranganathan has launched his production house PR Show, with Mamitha Baiju leading the cast of its first film, ‘PRS01’.

Pradeep Ranganathan has added another milestone to his flourishing career by launching his own production house, PR Show. The actor-director, known for delivering successful films like Love Today, Dragon, and Dude, has announced his maiden production venture, tentatively titled PRS01.

The upcoming project has already created buzz for its unique concept, featuring a women-centric story, a six-member directorial team, and an ensemble cast led by Mamitha Baiju.

Mamitha Baiju Leads the Cast

The makers unveiled the project with a special announcement video accompanied by the promotional song ‘Aane Wala Star’, composed by Sai Abhyankkar, who reunites with Pradeep after Dude.

Apart from Mamitha Baiju, the film stars Ashwath Marimuthu, Swasika, newcomer Anamika Mahi, and Telugu actor Sivaji Sontineni in key roles.

While the complete storyline remains under wraps, reports suggest the film will revolve around a female protagonist, with Ashwath Marimuthu reportedly portraying a police officer.

A Six-Director Collaboration

One of the biggest talking points of PRS01 is its unusual directorial setup.

Instead of a single filmmaker, the project will be helmed by the Alpha Unit, a collective comprising:

  • Vishal TR
  • Yash V
  • Naren Saoda
  • Chanakkiyan R
  • Dhanush Kumar
  • Ilamparithi

Pradeep Ranganathan has written the story while also producing the film under his newly launched banner.

Strong Technical Team

The film boasts an experienced technical crew.

The makers have confirmed that PRS01 will be released in Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam, targeting audiences across South India.

Details regarding the official title, genre, and release date are expected to be announced in the coming months.

A New Chapter for Pradeep Ranganathan

Although PRS01 marks Pradeep Ranganathan’s first full-fledged production venture, he had earlier co-produced Loveyapa, the Hindi remake of Love Today.

The film also reunites him creatively with Mamitha Baiju after Dude and Ashwath Marimuthu following their collaboration on Dragon.

Meanwhile, Pradeep is also gearing up for another ambitious project with AGS Entertainment, where he will both direct and star in the film. The production house has confirmed that shooting is scheduled to begin soon, with a theatrical release planned in 2026.

Having already delivered back-to-back commercial successes, Pradeep Ranganathan now hopes to make an equally strong impact as a producer with PRS01, a project that promises fresh storytelling and an unconventional filmmaking approach.
