‘He’s Stable but Injured’: Pankaj Tripathi Rushes to Patna After Shocking Attack on Brother What Happened in Bihar?

Actor Pankaj Tripathi has rushed to Patna after his elder brother, Vijayendranath Tripathi, was allegedly attacked with sharp objects in Gopalganj district.

According to sources close to the family, the actor reached Patna immediately after learning about the incident and is currently by his brother’s side. “Pankaj has reached Patna to see his brother. He is in no condition to speak right now given the situation,” a source revealed, highlighting the emotional strain the family is going through.

Brother Injured, Condition Stable

Vijayendranath Tripathi reportedly sustained multiple injuries in the attack. While the incident initially raised serious concerns, there is some relief as his condition is now said to be stable.

“He has sustained multiple injuries, but he is stable… nothing life-threatening at this point,” the source added, offering a crucial update on his health.

Attack Linked to Land Dispute

Local police officials have indicated that the attack took place on Sunday in the family’s ancestral village, Belsand Tiwari Tola, following a dispute over land. The situation reportedly escalated, leading to the violent assault.

After the incident, Vijayendranath was first taken to a local hospital in Gopalganj for emergency treatment. Given the seriousness of his injuries, he was later referred to a medical facility in Patna for advanced care.

Police Action: Accused Arrested

Authorities have acted swiftly in the case. Vinay Tiwari, Superintendent of Police, confirmed that the accused has been identified and taken into custody.

He further stated that the individual is being sent to judicial custody, although the family has not yet filed a formal written complaint.
