Dhamaal 4 Box Office Prediction: Ajay Devgn’s Comedy Comeback Eyes ₹16 Crore Opening… But Can It Beat This Franchise Record?
With strong advance bookings and the power of a successful comedy franchise, Dhamaal 4 is expected to deliver a solid opening day at the Indian box office — but surpassing Total Dhamaal’s record may remain a challenge.
Dhamaal 4 Box Office Prediction: Ajay Devgn’s Film Set For A Big Start, But One Record Remains Out Of Reach?
The laughter riot is ready to return to theatres as Dhamaal 4 gears up for its grand release. After years of anticipation, the popular comedy franchise is making a comeback with another madcap adventure, and early box office trends suggest that audiences are ready to welcome the madness once again.
Starring Ajay Devgn in a leading role, the film is expected to open strongly at the Indian box office. While it may not create a historic opening like some major action spectacles, trade analysts believe Dhamaal 4 has enough franchise value and audience goodwill to register a healthy first-day collection.
Dhamaal 4 Advance Booking Shows Positive Signs
The advance booking response for Dhamaal 4 has given the makers a reason to smile. A day before its theatrical release, the film had already crossed more than 60,000 tickets sold for its opening day, generating over ₹1.65 crore in advance sales.
Including blocked seats, the overall booking value reportedly crossed the ₹5 crore mark.

For a comedy film, which traditionally depends more on word-of-mouth and family audiences rather than aggressive advance bookings, this early response is considered encouraging.
The film has also witnessed steady ticket movement on platforms like BookMyShow, indicating that moviegoers are showing curiosity about the return of the much-loved comedy universe.
Dhamaal 4 Opening Day Collection Prediction
According to early trade expectations, Dhamaal 4 could earn around ₹15-16 crore net on its opening day in India. A more cautious estimate places the opening closer to ₹13 crore.
If the higher prediction comes true, the film could become one of the biggest opening days of Ajay Devgn’s career.
The movie has a chance to surpass the first-day collections of several successful films, including Tanhaji, which opened at approximately ₹15.10 crore, and Drishyam 2, which started with around ₹15.50 crore.

However, an interesting challenge awaits. The film may still fall short of the opening record created by its own franchise predecessor, Total Dhamaal, which collected around ₹16.50 crore on its first day.
Franchise Power Gives Dhamaal 4 A Major Advantage
One of the biggest strengths of Dhamaal 4 is the popularity of the franchise itself. The previous three instalments established the series as one of Bollywood’s most successful comedy brands.
The film also enjoys a favourable release window as there is limited competition from other major releases. The previous big release, Alpha, has slowed down at the box office, giving Dhamaal 4 a clear opportunity to attract families, comedy lovers and franchise fans.
The biggest question now is whether the film can maintain momentum after the opening weekend. Comedy films often depend heavily on audience reactions, and positive word-of-mouth could determine whether Dhamaal 4 becomes another major success story.
About Dhamaal 4
Directed by Indra Kumar, Dhamaal 4 brings back the franchise’s signature chaos, humour and ensemble-style storytelling.
The film features a massive cast including Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Riteish Deshmukh, Jaaved Jaaferi, Ravi Kishan, Sanjay Mishra, Upendra Limaye, Esha Gupta and others.
The film is scheduled to release in theatres on 10 July 2026.
With strong advance bookings, a loyal fan base and the return of Bollywood’s comedy franchise wave, Dhamaal 4 is aiming for a laughter-filled box office journey. The only mystery left is — will it create a new record, or will Total Dhamaal continue to hold the crown?
