Alia Bhatt and Sharvari Wagh‘s spy thriller Alpha experienced the expected midweek slowdown at the domestic box office on its sixth day in theatres. Can the Second Weekend Turn Things Around?

While the weekday decline was expected, the coming weekend will be crucial for Alpha. A strong jump in collections on Saturday and Sunday could help the film strengthen its theatrical run and improve its overall box office performance.

Trade analysts believe positive word-of-mouth and the film’s action-packed narrative could help it regain momentum if audience interest remains steady.

Made on an estimated budget of around 100 crore, the action thriller features Alia Bhatt and Sharvari Wagh in lead roles, with Hrithik Roshan, Bobby Deol, and Anil Kapoor playing pivotal characters.

The film blends high-octane action, espionage, and emotional drama, making it one of the most talked-about Bollywood releases of the year.

Eyes on the 50 Crore Milestone

With the domestic collection already touching 44.95 crore, Alpha is expected to cross the 45 crore mark quickly. The bigger challenge, however, will be sustaining momentum and pushing towards the 50 crore milestone before the second weekend concludes.

The next few days will determine whether Alpha can convert its solid opening weekend into a successful long-term theatrical run.
