Sonakshi Sinha shared a special artwork blending the Gayatri Mantra and Kalma, symbolising the harmony in her marriage with Zaheer Iqbal.

Actress Sonakshi Sinha has shared a heartfelt memory from her wedding with husband Zaheer Iqbal, giving fans a glimpse into a deeply personal moment that symbolised love, faith, and harmony.

Taking to social media, Sonakshi posted pictures of a special artwork gifted to the couple — a unique painting that beautifully brings together the Gayatri Mantra and the Kalma, representing the union of their different religious backgrounds.

But it wasn’t just the artwork that made the memory special.

Recalling her wedding day, Sonakshi revealed that while the pandit was chanting the Gayatri Mantra during the ceremony, the sound of the Azaan unexpectedly echoed into their home.

For the actress, the overlap of the two sacred prayers felt deeply meaningful.

She shared that the combined power of those prayers has filled their home with happiness, peace, and positivity ever since.

Sonakshi also spoke about how the artwork came into existence.

According to her, while she and Zaheer were holidaying in Australia, her close friend Shubhika Sharma called her unexpectedly and expressed a desire to gift them a painting for their wedding.

What surprised Sonakshi was how perfectly the concept matched what she and Zaheer felt in their hearts.

The idea was simple yet powerful — to create something that represented both their beliefs coming together in harmony.

Shubhika then introduced Sonakshi to artist Aadil Abedi, who visited the couple, understood their thoughts and emotions, and transformed them into a meaningful canvas.

In what Sonakshi described as almost “divine intervention,” the artist reached out while the couple was in Los Angeles, without even knowing they were there, to inform them that the artwork was ready.

The painting has now found a permanent place in their home.

Sharing her gratitude, Sonakshi said the artwork makes the space feel complete and blessed, and she hopes it continues to bring love and peace into their lives.

The post has resonated strongly online, with many fans praising the couple for embracing and celebrating each other’s faiths.

For those unfamiliar, Sonakshi Sinha comes from a Hindu family, while Zaheer Iqbal belongs to a Muslim household.

The couple tied the knot on June 23, 2024, in an intimate civil ceremony attended by close family and friends. They recently celebrated their second wedding anniversary, making this reflection even more special.

In an era where differences often make headlines, Sonakshi and Zaheer’s story is being seen by many as a reminder that love can beautifully bridge faiths.
