Ram Charan Hospitalised for Wrist Surgery in Coimbatore After ‘Peddi’ Injury, Family Stands by His Side

Coimbatore: Telugu superstar Ram Charan has been admitted to Ganga Hospital in Coimbatore for a wrist surgery, following an injury reportedly sustained during the filming of his upcoming sports drama Peddi.

According to hospital sources, the actor arrived at the medical facility on Sunday evening, accompanied by his father Chiranjeevi, mother Surekha, wife Upasana Konidela, and other close family members. The family was received by the hospital management, and the surgery has been scheduled for Monday.

While the hospital has confirmed Ram Charan’s admission, officials have not disclosed the exact nature of the procedure or provided further medical details.

Injury Reportedly Linked to ‘Peddi’ Shoot

Sources indicate that the wrist injury occurred while Ram Charan was shooting for Peddi, one of the most anticipated Telugu films currently in production.
