Preity Zinta rents luxury pali hill apartment for Rs 6 Lakh per month after multi-Crore Property sales
Months after selling two premium Mumbai homes worth over Rs 32 crore, Bollywood actor Preity Zinta has leased a new residence in Bandra’s prestigious Pali Hill neighbourhood.
Preity Zinta continues to make headlines in Mumbai’s premium real estate market. After recently selling multiple high-value properties in the city, the Bollywood star has now leased a new luxury apartment in the upscale Pali Hill area of Bandra (West).
According to property registration documents accessed through CRE Matrix, Zinta has entered into a two-year leave-and-license agreement for a residence in the Art Veda building, one of the sought-after addresses in the affluent locality.
The agreement reportedly came into effect on May 27, 2026, and covers an apartment measuring approximately 1,500 square feet, along with an additional 100-square-foot parking space.
Monthly Rent Starts at Rs 6 Lakh
Under the terms of the lease agreement, the actor will pay Rs 6 lakh per month during the first year of occupancy. The rent is scheduled to increase to Rs 6.5 lakh per month in the second year.
The deal also includes a substantial security deposit of Rs 27 lakh. Property records indicate that the apartment has been leased from MS Union Land and Building Society Ltd.
The move keeps Preity firmly rooted in Pali Hill, one of Mumbai’s most exclusive residential neighbourhoods, known for housing several celebrities, business leaders, and high-profile personalities.
A Series of High-Value Property Transactions
The latest lease follows a string of major real estate transactions involving the actress over the past year.
Earlier in 2026, Preity reportedly sold a premium apartment in Pali Hill for approximately Rs 18.5 crore. The residence had been allotted to her following the redevelopment of her previous residential building in April 2025.
Before that, in November 2025, she sold another apartment located on the 11th floor of Rustomjee Parishram for more than Rs 14 crore.
The actor later completed yet another property transaction in March 2026, selling a 1,770-square-foot apartment in the same building.
According to registration records, the buyers were Priya Nagar and Rajeev Nagar, Indian-origin residents based in the United States. The transaction reportedly attracted a stamp duty payment exceeding Rs 1.11 crore, in addition to registration charges.

Pali Hill Remains a Celebrity Hotspot
The continued activity surrounding Zinta’s real estate portfolio highlights the enduring appeal of Bandra’s Pali Hill, which remains one of Mumbai’s most expensive residential zones.
The area has long been associated with Bollywood celebrities and continues to attract premium buyers and tenants seeking luxury living in the heart of the city.
Neither Preity Zinta nor representatives of the property owner have publicly commented on the latest lease transaction.

Preity Zinta Set for Big-Screen Return
Beyond real estate, Preity Zinta is preparing for a major return to cinema.
