Pune: What was meant to be a routine promotional event for the upcoming film Cocktail 2 quickly turned into a challenging situation when a massive crowd gathered at a shopping mall in Pune, creating chaos for actors Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, and Rashmika Mandanna.

Several videos from the event have gone viral across social media platforms, but one particular moment has captured the attention of fans nationwide. Amid the confusion and growing crowd pressure, Kriti Sanon was seen stepping in to protect Rashmika Mandanna, gently shielding her with her arms while guiding her through the crowd.

The gesture instantly became one of the most talked-about moments from the event and earned widespread praise online.

Crowd Rush Forces Event To End Early

According to reports, the promotional appearance attracted a much larger audience than anticipated. As excitement grew, fans reportedly breached barricades and rushed toward the stars, making crowd control increasingly difficult for organisers.

Security personnel and event managers struggled to maintain order as the crowd surged forward. The situation eventually prompted organisers to cut the event short and escort the actors away from the venue for safety reasons.

Videos circulating online show the stars navigating through the packed mall as security teams attempted to clear a path.

While some clips appeared to show Shahid Kapoor visibly frustrated by the situation, Kriti Sanon maintained her composure and focused on ensuring everyone around her moved safely through the crowd.
