John Abraham buys ₹84 crore Bandra bungalow: Inside the Bollywood star’s latest luxury real-estate deal that has everyone talking

Bollywood actor John Abraham has reportedly added another high-value asset to his growing real-estate portfolio by purchasing a luxury bungalow in Bandra West, Mumbai, for ₹84 crore. The transaction comes amid rising demand for premium residential properties in Mumbai, where luxury bungalow deals have seen significant momentum in recent months.

Located on St. Martin Road in Bandra West, one of Mumbai’s most sought-after residential neighbourhoods, the property further strengthens John’s investment in the city’s high-end real-estate market.

A premium property in one of Mumbai’s most exclusive locations

According to property registration documents accessed by Liases Foras, the newly acquired property is built on a 1,017.60-square-metre plot.

The estate includes an existing bungalow with a built-up area of approximately 193.12 square metres, along with an outhouse measuring around 31.50 square metres.

The sale was officially registered on July 14, 2026, with the total transaction value recorded at ₹84 crore. To complete the purchase, John Abraham also paid ₹5.04 crore in stamp duty, as per the registration records.

Who sold the property?

The freehold bungalow was acquired through a registered conveyance deed from Naushir Eruch Divitre, Fredon Eruch Divitre, Crystal Firoz Divitre, and Eruch Firoz Divitre.

At the time of reporting, neither John Abraham nor the sellers had publicly commented on the transaction.

Another major addition to John’s real-estate investments

This is not the first time the actor has made headlines for a premium property purchase.

In December 2023, John Abraham reportedly bought another luxury bungalow in Mumbai’s Khar locality for ₹70.83 crore. That property, situated along Linking Road, featured a 5,416-square-foot bungalow on a 7,722-square-foot plot and was registered on December 27, 2023. The actor had paid ₹4.24 crore in stamp duty for that acquisition.

With the latest Bandra purchase, John’s luxury real-estate portfolio continues to expand, adding another landmark address in Mumbai.
