Bollywood filmmaker Farah Khan recently revisited one of the most amusing behind-the-scenes memories from the making of Tees Maar Khan, and unsurprisingly, it involved Akshay Kumar’s disciplined routine and luxurious travel style.

During a recent promotional interaction for the upcoming film Bhoot Bangla, Farah, along with Akshay Kumar, Priyadarshan, and Rajpal Yadav, looked back at some unforgettable moments from their past collaborations.

What started as a casual conversation soon turned into a hilarious exchange about Akshay Kumar’s daily helicopter rides during the shooting of Tees Maar Khan in Maharashtra’s scenic Malshej Ghat.

Akshay Kumar’s Daily Helicopter Commute Left Everyone Shocked

Recalling the shoot schedule, Farah Khan explained that the film’s team had chosen to stay near the location because travelling from Mumbai every day was exhausting.

“We were shooting for Tees Maar Khan in Malshej. The call time was 8 am every day. Everybody stayed there because it was nearly a two-and-a-half-hour drive from Mumbai,” Farah shared.

However, Akshay Kumar apparently had a completely different routine.

According to Farah, while the rest of the cast and crew stayed close to the set, Akshay would return home to Mumbai every evening after pack-up and somehow still manage to reach the location before everyone else the next morning.

“He would leave after the shoot, go home, and return by 7:45 am the next day,” she revealed.

The revelation visibly stunned actor Rajpal Yadav, who looked completely surprised while listening to the story.

“I Travelled by Helicopter,” Says Akshay Kumar

Seeing Rajpal’s shocked reaction, Farah and Akshay jokingly challenged him to guess how the actor managed the impossible daily commute.

When Rajpal failed to figure it out, Akshay casually dropped the answer.

“I travelled by helicopter,” he said.

Farah immediately burst into laughter while describing how unusual the situation felt at the time.

“For the first time in my life, I saw an actor treating a helicopter like a taxi,” she joked.

Despite the extravagance, Farah admitted that Akshay Kumar’s professionalism remained unmatched throughout the shoot.

“But to his credit, he was always on time,” she added.

“Mere Saare Paise Kha Gaya” “He spent all my money.”

Akshay Kumar, however, defended himself by pointing out that his travel choices never caused inconvenience to anyone else on set.

“But how was it anybody’s problem? I was the producer myself,” he responded.

Farah quickly interrupted him with another hilarious remark.

“And so was I,” she replied before jokingly accusing him of exhausting the film’s production budget.

“Mere saare paise kha gaya,” “He spent all my money” she laughed.

Akshay immediately reacted in mock disbelief.

“Main paise kha gaya? “I spent all your money? You made the most money on that film!” he responded.
