Bhai Tera Star Hai Box Office Day 5: Raghav Juyal’s Film Earns Just ₹6 Lakh, Struggles to Cross ₹1 Crore Net

Mumbai: Raghav Juyal’s first solo lead film, Bhai Tera Star Hai, continues to struggle at the Indian box office. The comedy-thriller has failed to attract audiences since its release, with collections dropping significantly as it entered its first weekday.

According to early trade estimates, the film collected ₹6 lakh net on Day 5 (Monday), marking a steep 76% decline from its opening day collection of ₹25 lakh.

The weak performance has resulted in reduced screenings across several cinemas, with low occupancy reported in many of the remaining shows. The film has found it difficult to gain momentum despite its theatrical release on July 30.

With its latest earnings, Bhai Tera Star Hai has collected an estimated ₹97 lakh net at the Indian box office, translating to approximately ₹1.14 crore gross. Trade analysts now expect the film to conclude its theatrical run with a lifetime collection in the range of ₹1.15 crore to ₹1.25 crore net, unless it witnesses an unexpected turnaround.

A Tough Box Office Test for Raghav Juyal

The underwhelming performance is particularly notable as it marks Raghav Juyal’s first film as a solo lead. In comparison, his previous outing, Kill, where he played the primary antagonist, performed considerably better at the box office.

Kill reportedly earned around ₹1.3 crore on its first Monday alone, highlighting the significant gap between the two films’ commercial performances.

About the Film

Directed and produced by Vivek B Agrawal, Bhai Tera Star Hai features an ensemble cast including Niki Walia, Sanjay Kapoor, Niharika NM, Vivan Bhatena, Tina Desai, Parvathy Omanakuttan, and Vineeth Kumar.

Despite its mix of comedy and thriller elements, the film has struggled to generate positive word-of-mouth or sustain audience interest in an increasingly competitive theatrical market.

Outlook

With collections continuing to decline and occupancy remaining low, Bhai Tera Star Hai faces an uphill battle at the box office. Unless the film sees a significant boost in audience turnout over the coming days, it is expected to wrap up its theatrical run with modest earnings.
