According to Sacnilk’s early tracking data, Jana Nayagan is running across around 547 shows in India on Day 17.

The film has recorded an estimated ₹29 lakh net in India so far today. Since the day is still in progress, the figure is expected to change as more shows and centres are reported.

The latest figures put the film’s India net collection at approximately ₹186.62 crore, while its India gross collection stands at around ₹217.57 crore.

The Day 17 number suggests that the film is experiencing a relatively mixed third-Saturday response. However, the final collection could be higher once the full day’s business is accounted for.

Day 16 Also Witnessed A Slowdown

On Day 16, Jana Nayagan reportedly collected around ₹1.18 crore across approximately 2,010 shows in India.

The film recorded an overall theatre occupancy of around 15.4%, reflecting the gradual decline that typically becomes visible during the later stages of a theatrical run.

While the numbers are significantly lower than the film’s opening-week figures, Jana Nayagan has already built a substantial domestic and international total.
