‘Jawan’ Director Atlee Reportedly Buys ₹38 Crore Sea-View Home in Mumbai Ahead of ‘Raaka’ Release

Filmmaker Atlee, best known for directing the blockbuster Jawan, is reportedly making headlines beyond the world of cinema. According to media reports, the acclaimed director has purchased a luxurious ₹38 crore apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Bandra neighbourhood.
The reported acquisition comes at a time when Atlee is preparing for his much-awaited action fantasy film Raaka, starring Allu Arjun and Deepika Padukone.
Luxury Apartment Overlooks the Arabian Sea
As per reports, Atlee’s new residence is located in one of Bandra’s premium high-rise residential towers and offers uninterrupted views of the Arabian Sea.

The couple recently welcomed their second child, a daughter named Miyou.
In May 2026, Atlee shared the happy news on social media with an emotional post featuring the baby’s tiny hand.”Our hearts have a new name… Miyou. A tiny person with the biggest place in our hearts,” the filmmaker wrote.

Earlier in January, Atlee and Priya had announced that they were expecting their second child.
The couple shared family photographs featuring their son Meer, along with their beloved pets, while expressing gratitude for the love and blessings they had received.
