2026 Moto Morini Calibro Unveiled With Big Touring Upgrades New TFT Display and Bagger-Inspired Style Turn Heads

Moto Morini has introduced the 2026 Calibro Bagger for global markets, giving its touring cruiser a notable technology upgrade while retaining its classic long-distance character. The latest version now features a digital TFT instrument console, smartphone connectivity and a striking new Garage Grey paint scheme.

Although the company has not confirmed an India launch, the recent arrival of the Moto Morini X-Cape in the country has sparked speculation that the updated Calibro could also make its way to Indian showrooms in the future.

New TFT Display Adds Smart Connectivity

One of the biggest highlights of the 2026 update is the addition of a full-colour TFT instrument cluster as standard. The new display presents riding information in a clearer and more modern layout while offering smartphone integration.

Using the Carbit Ride application, riders can connect their smartphones to the motorcycle and access navigation directly through the instrument panel. This allows users to plan routes on their phones and receive turn-by-turn guidance without needing a separate navigation device.

Powered By A 693cc Parallel-Twin Engine

The Moto Morini Calibro Bagger continues to be powered by a 693cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine paired with a Bosch fuel injection system.

The engine delivers 67 bhp of maximum power and 68 Nm of peak torque, enabling the motorcycle to reach a claimed top speed of 175 km/h. Power is transferred to the rear wheel through a belt final drive, which offers quieter operation while requiring less maintenance compared to traditional chain-driven systems.

Designed For Comfortable Long-Distance Touring

The Calibro Bagger stays true to its touring roots with a design inspired by classic American bagger motorcycles.

Its batwing-style front fairing and integrated windscreen are designed to reduce wind pressure on the rider during highway journeys. The motorcycle also comes equipped with two colour-matched hard panniers, each providing 19 litres of storage capacity. Unlike many rivals, these side cases are included as standard equipment.

Comfort has also been prioritised with a 725 mm low seat height, forward-mounted foot controls and a wide handlebar that encourages an upright and relaxed riding posture.

Despite its touring-focused ergonomics, the motorcycle has a dry weight of around 200 kg and offers 140 mm of ground clearance, making it capable of handling everyday roads while maintaining highway stability.

Accessories Expand Touring Capability

Moto Morini is also offering a range of optional accessories for riders looking to personalise the Calibro.

Available add-ons include a taller windscreen, rear luggage system, seat cover, passenger backrest with luggage rack, and an alternative footpeg kit, allowing owners to tailor the motorcycle for extended touring or enhanced comfort.

Will It Come To India?

Moto Morini has not announced any plans to introduce the 2026 Calibro Bagger in India. However, with the brand gradually expanding its presence in the Indian market through models like the X-Cape, enthusiasts remain hopeful that the touring cruiser could eventually arrive as part of the company’s future product lineup.

For now, the updated Calibro stands out as a stylish bagger-inspired cruiser that blends classic touring design with modern connectivity and practical features.
