OnePlus N6x India Launch Soon: Design, Blue & Red Colours Teased | Dainik Diary
The OnePlus N6x has been teased in blue and red colour options ahead of its India launch, with the smartphone set to be sold through Amazon.

The launch of the OnePlus N6x in India appears to be just around the corner, and the company has now offered smartphone fans their first official glimpse at the upcoming handset’s design and colour options.

The new smartphone will become the second member of the OnePlus N6 series, following the recently launched OnePlus N6. Ahead of its arrival, the company has been gradually building anticipation through a dedicated online microsite, which has now been updated with fresh marketing material.

The teaser carries the tagline “Beyond what you x-pect”, hinting that OnePlus may have a few surprises in store.

OnePlus N6x Design Revealed

Based on the newly released marketing material, the OnePlus N6x will feature a flat rear panel with the familiar OnePlus logo positioned prominently in the centre.

The smartphone appears to have a flat frame, giving it a modern, boxy appearance.

At the top-left corner of the rear panel sits a pill-shaped camera module, accompanied by an LED flash positioned alongside it.

The power button and volume controls appear to be located on the right side of the handset.

Interestingly, the overall camera module design looks similar to the recently introduced OnePlus Nord CE 6 Lite, suggesting that OnePlus may be adopting a consistent visual identity across some of its more affordable smartphones.

Blue and Red Colour Options Confirmed

One of the biggest details revealed by the latest teaser is the availability of new colour options.

The OnePlus N6x is confirmed to arrive in India in at least:

  • Blue
  • Red

The bold colour choices could help the smartphone stand out in the increasingly crowded budget and mid-range smartphone market.

However, OnePlus could introduce additional shades when the handset officially launches.

Amazon Availability Confirmed

The OnePlus N6x will be sold in India through Amazon, with the dedicated product microsite already live on the e-commerce platform.

While OnePlus has yet to announce the exact launch date, the ongoing marketing campaign strongly suggests that the official unveiling could take place soon.

The company is expected to reveal more details about the phone’s specifications, pricing, and availability closer to the launch.

What Could Power the OnePlus N6x?

OnePlus has not yet officially confirmed the full specifications of the N6x.

However, reports suggest that the smartphone could arrive with a set of specifications and features that will be familiar to buyers of the existing OnePlus N6.

The OnePlus N6, launched in India on June 30, was introduced with a starting price of ₹22,999 for the 4GB RAM and 128GB storage variant.

The existing model features:

  • 6.75-inch HD LCD display
  • 120Hz refresh rate
  • Up to 1,200 nits peak brightness
  • MediaTek Dimensity 6360 Apex chipset
  • 8,000mAh battery
  • 45W wired fast charging
  • 6.5W reverse wired charging
  • 50MP rear camera
  • 8MP front camera
  • IP65 dust and water resistance

It remains unclear which of these specifications will make their way to the OnePlus N6x.

A New Affordable OnePlus Option?

The OnePlus N6x could become an interesting addition to the company’s more affordable smartphone lineup.

With its distinctive colour options, flat design, large camera module and Amazon-exclusive availability, the handset appears positioned to attract younger buyers and users looking for a feature-rich smartphone without stepping into the premium price segment.

The big question now is pricing.

If OnePlus manages to undercut the existing N6 while retaining some of its key features, the N6x could emerge as a strong competitor in India’s highly competitive smartphone market.

For now, smartphone enthusiasts will have to wait for OnePlus to reveal the final specifications and launch date.
