iQOO 15T India Launch Leaks: 200MP Camera, 8000mAh Battery & 144Hz Display Could Shake Up Flagship Market
The upcoming iQOO 15T is tipped to bring extreme performance hardware, gaming-focused features and a massive battery, with India launch expected in late 2026.
New Delhi: The flagship smartphone race in India is heating up once again, and the next big entrant could be the much-talked-about iQOO 15T. After launching the iQOO 15 series in select markets, the Vivo sub-brand now appears to be preparing another high-performance device aimed squarely at gamers and power users.
While the company has not officially confirmed the device for India, multiple leaks suggest that the iQOO 15T could arrive in the country in the third quarter of 2026, positioning itself in the premium performance smartphone segment.
A Display Built for Hardcore Users
As per leaks, the iQOO 15T may feature a massive 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a flat panel design. The screen is expected to support a 144Hz adaptive refresh rate, making it especially appealing for gaming and fast-paced content consumption.
One of the most striking claims is peak brightness of up to 4,500 nits, which would place it among the brightest smartphone displays ever seen, improving outdoor visibility significantly.
Gaming Beast Under the Hood
At the heart of the iQOO 15T could be the upcoming MediaTek Dimensity 9500 “Monster Edition” chipset, built on a 3nm architecture. This processor is expected to focus heavily on power efficiency and high-end performance.
Leaks also suggest the presence of a dedicated Q3 e-sports gaming chip, which could enhance frame stability, reduce latency and enable real-time ray tracing in supported mobile games.
If true, this would position the device as a serious contender for mobile gaming enthusiasts, especially in competitive titles.
The smartphone is also expected to offer up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.1 storage, making it one of the most powerful storage configurations in its segment.
Camera Setup: 200MP Sensor Takes the Lead
In the camera department, the iQOO 15T is rumoured to feature a dual rear camera setup led by a 200-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL S5KHP5 primary sensor.
This could be paired with a 50MP ultra-wide camera, offering flexibility for landscape and group photography.
On the front, the device is expected to include a 16MP selfie camera, aimed at video calls, social media content and casual photography.

Massive Battery Could Be a Game-Changer
One of the most talked-about features is the battery. The iQOO 15T is tipped to pack an enormous 8000mAh silicon-carbon battery, significantly larger than most flagship smartphones currently available.
Despite its size, the device is expected to support 100W fast charging, allowing users to quickly top up the battery and return to heavy usage without long interruptions.
If these specifications hold true, the phone could redefine expectations for battery life in premium smartphones.
Expected Launch Timeline and Price in India
According to early reports and industry leaks, the iQOO 15T could make its India debut in the third quarter of 2026. However, no official confirmation has been made yet.
Pricing is expected to fall in the ₹60,000 to ₹65,000 range, placing it in direct competition with flagship offerings from brands like Samsung and OnePlus.
Should You Wait for the iQOO 15T?
If the leaked specifications are accurate, the iQOO 15T could become one of the most performance-focused smartphones in its category, especially for users who prioritise gaming, battery life and raw power.
However, as with all pre-launch leaks, final specifications may vary once the device is officially announced.
Still, with its combination of a high-refresh display, flagship chipset, massive battery and 200MP camera system, the iQOO 15T is already shaping up to be one of the most closely watched smartphone launches of 2026.
