Lamborghini unveils Revuelto Impavido: Only 25 units worldwide, inspired by Samurai honour and Japanese heritage

Lamborghini has taken the wraps off the Revuelto Impavido, an ultra-exclusive version of its flagship hybrid supercar created to commemorate the brand’s 25th anniversary in Japan.

Limited to just 25 individually numbered cars, the special edition has been developed through Lamborghini’s Ad Personam customisation programme and draws inspiration from Bushido, the traditional Japanese code of honour that represents courage, discipline and unwavering determination.

The name “Impavido”, which translates to “fearless” in Italian, reflects the spirit behind the limited-edition model.

A design inspired by Samurai armour

The Revuelto Impavido stands out with styling elements influenced by the armour worn by Samurai warriors.

According to Lamborghini, sculpted lines on the doors and rear bumper are designed to resemble the motion of a katana sword strike, while elegant gold accents pay tribute to the odoshi, the silk cords traditionally used to tie samurai armour together.

The front of the car also incorporates styling inspired by the maedate, the decorative crest found on samurai helmets, symbolising protection, status and individuality.

Additional design details across the roof and fenders reference the kozane, the lacquered armour plates used by ancient Japanese warriors.

Four exclusive exterior themes

The limited-edition supercar is offered in four bespoke exterior finishes, each representing a different aspect of Japanese culture and samurai symbolism.

The glossy paint options include Verde Campus, inspired by Hisui jade, and Grigio Artis Lucido, which pays homage to the legendary katana sword.

Customers can also choose matte finishes such as Grigio Crater Matt, symbolising strength and protection, and Rosso Pyra, inspired by the iconic Sanada Red, a colour historically associated with bravery and discipline.

Matching bronze accents, exposed carbon-fibre components, forged alloy wheels and distinctive brake calipers further enhance the exclusive appearance.

Luxury cabin with bespoke craftsmanship

Inside, the Revuelto Impavido continues the samurai-inspired theme with an elegant combination of Nero Ade leather and Corsa Tex upholstery.

Unique touches include custom seat embroidery, exclusive door panel designs, embroidered roof detailing, a Samurai logo and an individually numbered “1 di 25” carbon-fibre plaque, highlighting the rarity of each vehicle.

Powerful V12 hybrid performance

Beneath its striking exterior, the Lamborghini Revuelto Impavido retains the same advanced hybrid powertrain as the standard Revuelto.

The supercar combines a 6.5-litre naturally aspirated V12 engine with three electric motors and an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission, producing a combined output of approximately 1,001 bhp.

The performance figures remain equally impressive, with the Revuelto sprinting from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds before reaching a top speed of over 350 km/h.

Built around a lightweight carbon-fibre monocoque, the car also features active aerodynamics, carbon-ceramic brakes and an advanced all-wheel-drive system with electrified torque vectoring for enhanced handling.

With only 25 units planned worldwide, the Lamborghini Revuelto Impavido is set to become one of the most exclusive versions of the Italian marque’s flagship supercar.
