Asus Unveils AI-Powered Vivobook 14 & Vivobook 15 in India: Intel Core Series 3, Built-In NPU and Student-Friendly Features Take Center Stage

ASUS has expanded its laptop portfolio in India with the launch of the new Vivobook 14 (X1404MA) and Vivobook 15 (X1504MA). Designed for students, professionals and everyday users, the latest laptops bring built-in AI capabilities through Intel Core Series 3 processors equipped with a dedicated Neural Processing Unit (NPU).

Rather than targeting high-end creators or gamers, Asus is positioning these devices as practical AI-powered laptops that can enhance productivity, improve video calls and deliver a smoother everyday computing experience.

Price and Availability in India

The Vivobook 15 has been priced from ₹75,990 and is already available across ASUS Exclusive Stores, Reliance Digital, Croma, Vijay Sales, the ASUS eShop, Amazon India, and Flipkart.

The Vivobook 14, meanwhile, carries a starting price of ₹1,07,990 and is scheduled to go on sale from July 26 through ASUS Exclusive Stores, the company’s online store and authorised retail partners.

To make the laptops more accessible, Asus is also offering No Cost EMI options starting from ₹5,066 per month for the Vivobook 15 and ₹7,199 per month for the Vivobook 14, with repayment periods extending up to 24 months.

One of the biggest highlights of the new Vivobook lineup is the inclusion of Intel‘s latest Core Series 3 processors, paired with a dedicated NPU capable of up to 17 TOPS (Tera Operations Per Second).

Unlike traditional processors, the NPU is specifically designed to handle AI-related tasks directly on the laptop instead of relying on cloud-based servers.

For users, this translates into smoother AI-powered video conferencing, faster background processing and improved battery efficiency while using AI-enabled applications.

Adding to their reliability, both laptops comply with the US MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability standard, ensuring better resistance to everyday wear and travel.

Display and Security Features

The two laptops feature Full HD IPS displays with an 84% screen-to-body ratio, anti-glare coating and 250 nits of brightness.

To improve viewing comfort during long work or study sessions, the displays are certified by TÜV Rheinland for reduced eye strain.

Audio duties are handled by SonicMaster technology, while the built-in 720p HD webcam includes a physical privacy shutter for added security.

Users also get a fingerprint scanner integrated into the touchpad, enabling quick and secure logins through Windows Hello.
