iQOO has expanded its tablet lineup with the launch of the iQOO Pad 5c, introducing a feature-rich device that blends premium hardware with a competitive mid-range price tag. The newly launched tablet debuts in China and offers several flagship-inspired specifications, including Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, a 144Hz high-refresh-rate display, and a 10,000mAh battery designed for long-lasting performance.
Targeted at users looking for a powerful tablet for gaming, entertainment, and productivity, the iQOO Pad 5c is available in multiple storage variants and two colour finishes.
iQOO Pad 5c Price and Availability
The iQOO Pad 5c starts at CNY 2,699 (approximately ₹38,000) for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model.
The 8GB + 256GB variant is priced at CNY 2,999 (around ₹42,000), while the top-end 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model carries a price tag of CNY 3,499 (roughly ₹49,000).
The tablet is currently available for purchase through Vivo’s official online store in China. Buyers can choose between the Gray Crystal and Silver Wing colour options.

The iQOO Pad 5c features a 12.1-inch LCD display with a 2.8K resolution and an impressive 144Hz refresh rate, delivering fluid scrolling, responsive gaming, and a smoother viewing experience. The high refresh rate also makes animations and multimedia playback feel more seamless.
Running OriginOS 6, based on Android 16, the tablet offers the latest software enhancements alongside a modern user interface.
Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 Powers the Experience
At the heart of the tablet is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 octa-core processor, paired with up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB UFS 4.1 storage. This combination is expected to provide fast app launches, efficient multitasking, and strong gaming performance.
To maintain sustained performance during intensive workloads, iQOO has also equipped the tablet with a 3D cooling system, helping reduce heat buildup and minimise performance throttling.

One of the biggest highlights is the 10,000mAh battery, which, according to iQOO, can deliver up to 12.3 hours of online video playback on a single charge. The company also claims the tablet can retain an extended power reserve for up to 1,000 days while remaining idle.

The iQOO Pad 5c supports Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer.
Despite housing a large battery, the tablet maintains a slim profile, measuring 6.62mm in thickness and weighing approximately 584 grams, making it suitable for both home and on-the-go use.
