T-Series के संस्थापक Gulshan Kumar के भाई Darshan Kumar नहीं रहे Mika Singh ने रोते हुए दी श्रद्धांजलि, पूरी music industry शोक में
70 साल की उम्र में Delhi में ली अंतिम सांस — परदे के पीछे से T-Series की नींव मज़बूत करने वाले Darshan Kumar के जाने से भारतीय संगीत जगत को अपूरणीय क्षति
भारतीय संगीत उद्योग को एक गहरा सदमा लगा है। T-Series के संस्थापक स्वर्गीय Gulshan Kumar के छोटे भाई Darshan Kumar का 18 अप्रैल 2026 को Delhi में निधन हो गया। वे 70 साल के थे। T-Series Films के official Instagram page पर जारी बयान में इसकी पुष्टि की गई।
Darshan Kumar वो शख्स थे जो कभी camera के सामने नहीं आए, लेकिन हमेशा T-Series की नींव को मज़बूत करते रहे। उन्होंने company के शुरुआती सालों में Chairman और Managing Director के तौर पर काम किया। पर्दे के पीछे रहकर काम करना उनकी फितरत थी — न चकाचौंध, न लाइमलाइट, बस काम।
Mika Singh का भावुक tribute
सबसे पहले यह खबर singer Mika Singh ने अपने Instagram handle पर share की। उन्होंने लिखा — “Just heard the heartbreaking news that Darshan Kumar ji, the owner of T-Series, has left us with his beautiful memories. He was truly a great man and always so helpful. He launched and supported so many singers and gave opportunities to countless talents. May Mata Rani bless his soul and give him eternal peace. Rest in peace. Om Shanti.”
Mika Singh के tribute ने बता दिया कि Darshan Kumar के लिए artists का प्यार कितना गहरा था। उनके जाने के बाद comment section में music industry के कलाकारों और fans के शोक संदेश भर गए।
T-Series का बयान — “जो जगह खाली हुई, वो भरी नहीं जा सकती”
T-Series Films ने अपने official statement में कहा — “A major loss for our family. The passing of Shri Darshan Kumar ji leaves a space that cannot be filled. The younger brother of our founder Shri Gulshan Kumar ji, he was a strength behind T-Series, someone who stood by the journey with unwavering presence over the years. We remember him not just for what he did, but for who he was.”

Gulshan Kumar की विरासत और एक टूटा परिवार
Darshan Kumar के बड़े भाई Gulshan Kumar ने 1983 में Super Cassettes Industries Private Limited की स्थापना की थी, जो बाद में T-Series बनी। उन्होंने भारतीय संगीत को हर घर तक पहुँचाया — devotional songs से लेकर film soundtracks तक। लेकिन 12 अगस्त 1997 को Mumbai के Juhu में एक मंदिर के बाहर उनकी गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी गई थी। वे महज़ 46 साल के थे।
Gulshan Kumar के जाने के बाद T-Series की कमान उनके बेटे Bhushan Kumar और भाई Krishan Kumar ने संभाली। Darshan Kumar ने भी उस दौर में company को थामे रखने में अहम भूमिका निभाई।
आज उस परिवार से एक और रोशनी चली गई। Darshan Kumar ने कभी सुर्खियाँ नहीं माँगीं — पर उनके जाने का दर्द पूरी music industry महसूस कर रही है।
